I was simply told Jimmy's brother loved this clip. So I found out that it was a comedy bit done by a very popular sketch show in Japan. Convinced the biggest comedy stars of Japan to come to LA for 5 hours to shoot the show. Then spent three months getting them work visas, having documents translated and working with both Japanese and American crews.
